Welcome to our guide to pet-centered events in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area!

Whether you're a proud dog mom, a devoted cat dad, or a passionate pet lover, we've curated a list of exciting events that celebrate the joy and companionship our furry friends bring into our lives.

From pet expos and charity runs to fun festivals and social gatherings, there's something for everyone and every dog!

As your local pet photographer, I'll be attending many of these events and hosting themed pop-up minis!

It's a perfect opportunity to capture a new adorable photo of your dog (or cat) while also supporting a good cause— a portion of the proceeds from each mini will be donated to a local!!

So, come join us, make new memories, meet fellow dog-lovers, and have a great time with your soul dog or adventurous kitty-cat!

A few things to keep in mind when attending events with your pets

Comfort and boundaries - Not all dogs would enjoy going to a busy event with lots of other people and dogs. Even if your dog (or cat) is super social, always keep an eye on how they’re doing and advocate for them when they need distance, a break, or simply to head on home.
Stay healthy - Make sure your pets are up-to-date on their vaccinations before attending an event that will be crowded with other animals. Keeps them and others safe. Be very careful if you choose to bring puppies!
Safety first! - Always have your dogs and cats on-leash and under supervision and control.
Be prepared - Poo bags are a must! If it’s going to be hot, make sure to bring water for them. If it’s gonna be cold, perhaps a jacket or booties.
Take advantage of the training opportunity - Be sure to have treats on hand and reward your pets throughout the day for how well they’re doing, when they calmly settle at a booth, after positive interactions with other people, dogs, etc.

We’re still in the process of getting all our events setup for the year and can’t wait to share them all with you soon!

Dog events typically start happening around May and last through the summer, with a couple in the fall and our regular event of Santa Paws in December being our last.
