As the seasons change and the leaves begin to fall, our hearts warm with the spirit of giving back to our community.

Each year, we embark on a mission to support families and their pets in need through our annual Fall-iday Food Drive. Through these themed mini sessions, families can create beautiful portraits of their pets and prepare for the holiday season, knowing that their participation is making a positive impact.

This annual event is also the only guaranteed mini sessions we do each year! These sessions are designed to capture the essence of the season, whether it’s the cozy warmth of fall or the festive cheer of the holidays.

But it’s not just about the mini sessions. Partnering with People for Animal Care and Kindness (P.A.C.K.), we work tirelessly to collect food, funds, and essential items, ensuring that no pet goes hungry and families can manage the costs of emergency veterinary care.

To date, we’ve raised $2900 and over 1,350lbs of pet food through our Fall-iday Pet Food Drive, along with countless items such as toys, blankets and more.

Setting the Stage for Generosity

Our Fall-iday Food Drive runs in the late summer and early fall, typically spanning the months of September and October. This timing not only aligns with the season of giving but also helps families prepare for the colder months ahead, especially those living in un-housed situations.

This is also a great time to get ahead of the holiday craziness and get your holiday photos done early! Prep those cards ahead of time so you’re not rushing at the last minute.

Partnership with P.A.C.K.: Extending Our Reach

Our partnership with P.A.C.K. is at the heart of our food drive. P.A.C.K. organizes pet food pop-ups around the Puget Sound area, distributing food to low-income or homeless families who need assistance feeding their pets.

They also collect donations of leashes, pet jackets, blankets, and other essential items to support these families further. This partnership allows us to extend our reach and make a meaningful impact in our community.

Raising Funds for Emergency Veterinary Care

In addition to collecting food and supplies, we help raise money for P.A.C.K.'s medical emergency fund. This fund assists families with emergency veterinary cases, helping them cover the expenses of critical care for their pets.

A portion of the booking fees from our mini sessions goes directly to this medical fund, ensuring that pets receive the care they need when they need it most.

How We Raise Food: Encouraging Generosity with Incentives

Our food drive relies on the generosity of our clients and the community.

We encourage donations by offering a range of bonuses for those who contribute. The more food folks donate, the more rewards they earn, such as discounted digital images, Buy 2 Get 1 specials, gift items, and more.
